The Landings, GA: Gamefish saved .

> The Landings on Skidaway Island, GA is pleased to report that Landings resident Tom Rood, who serves as board chairman of the Georgia Coastal Conservation Association, was present for the governor’s signing of a state law giving official gamefish status to the Redfish in Georgia state waters.

Passage of the legislation means the Redfish will be better protected for future generations of recreational fishermen.  Send me more information about The Landings!

> Edgartown Residence Club – Tashmoo Woods Sailors who live in Edgartown and Vineyard Haven where the Edgartown Residence Club and Tashmoo Woods, respectively, are located, are gearing up for this weekend’s 42nd Annual Figawi Race Weekend (as in where the Fugawi?). The annual event is a charity sailing regatta that pits boats from all over the East Coast who race from Hyannis to Nantucket on Memorial Day weekend.
