Area Description

Solivita is a quick ride from Orlando International Airport, with direct service to more than 70 U.S. cities and dozens of international destinations. Walt Disney World is 20 miles north of Solivita, Atlantic beaches are 70 miles east and the Gulf Coast is is an easy 90-mile drive west.

Additional Information

The Stonegate Golf Club includes the Grille at Stonegate, a casual restaurant and watering hole, golf pro shop and men’s and women’s locker facilities. Outside is a deck overlooking the course, an aquatic driving range with grass tees, plus practice bunkers and pitching, chipping and putting greens.

Three restaurants are located within the Village Center—the Stonegate Grille has a 19th Hole atmosphere, serving lunch and dinner. The Gateway Cafe is for morning coffee and bakery items and adjoins The Upper Crust Pizza. Mosaics Restaurant and lounge has a full-service bar.

• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto State Road 535 and continue about four miles
• Turn right onto Poinciana Blvd.
• Proceed fifteen miles to Pleasant Hill Road
• Turn right on Pleasant Hill Road, proceed two miles
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway
• At Marigold traffic light, continue straight, then turn left into Solivita main entrance

From Orlando International Airport

• Exit airport on South Access Road, go four miles toward S.R. 417, Central Florida Greeneway
• Follow S.R. 417/Central Florida Greeneway south for 7.5 miles to John Young Parkway
• Travel south on John Young Parkway for eight miles to Pleasant Hill Road
• Turn left on Pleasant Hill Road, proceed two miles
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway
• At Marigold traffic light, continue straight, then turn left into Solivita main entrance
