2021 Winter Rentals: Use Community Amenities
Homes often feature expansive outdoor entertainment areas.
Renters at Harbour Ridge stay for a minimum of one month, and can become guest members of the the community, gaining full access to all of the many amenities.
Club privileges include use of the club’s two championship golf courses, clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness, spa, marina and more. Renters will even have their own temporary membership number.

Note that Harbour Ridge is not predominately a rental community. Thus, there are only about 30 properties out of the community’s 695 properties available to rent each year.
