Georgia tallied three communities, including the new No. 1 Waterfall at Lake Burton in Clayton.
Former No. 1 Returns
Affordable homes with golf and water views make
Harbour Ridge, Palm City, FL, a popular choice.
Georgia was followed by South Carolina and Florida with two communities each, plus singletons in Texas, Massachusetts and Arizona.
Former perennial No. 1 Harbour Ridge, FL, returned to the Top 10 at No. 7 and Lake Arrowhead and Reynolds Lake Oconee completed a strong trio for the Peach State.
Top 5 Most Visited Communities – Water View Home
The Club at Ibis, FL: Enjoy Palm Beach living w/ a pool & spa.
On WaterViewHome, the Top 2 remained intact, while communities in Florida, North and South Carolina made inroads into the Top 5.
Luxury communities The Club at Ibis, FL, and Palmetto Bluff, SC, had a tight battle for the no. 3 and 4 spots, while St. James Plantation, NC, edged out Hampton Lake, Bluffton, SC, by just one view at No. 5.
