About Cypress Landing
Cypress Landing is considered the premier golf and boating community of eastern North Carolina. Amid its landscape of tall pines and rolling hills is a collection of 720 homesites, some 600 of which have fine homes currently in place. All un-built lots are privately owned and homes listed for resale range in price from $200,000 to over $1,000,000.
Residents enjoy the finest in pleasure boating thanks to Cypress Landing’s state-of-the-art marina and its easy deep-water access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Golf is also wonderfully represented here. Send me more information about Cypress Landing!
At par 72, semi-private Cypress Landing Golf Course was designed with care by Bill Love with Ault, Clark & Associates. Its signature 15th hole overlooks Chocowinity Bay and the course maintains a four-star Golf Digest rating year in and year out.
True-rolling ultradwarf Bermuda greens—the gold standard for this climate and region—are key to the course’s exemplary conditioning. With men’s and women’s associations that each count more than 150 members, it’s a friendly atmosphere with plenty of low-key organized competition. Send me more information about Cypress Landing!
