Golf Courses You Can Play Nearby
Dogwood Golf Club, Austell, GA: Great rates and fun to play.

The Creekwood community is close to several highly rated public golf courses known for their challenging layouts and high standards of grooming and maintenance. Options include:
DOGWOOD GOLF CLUB This local favorite opened in 1967 as a nine-holer and expanded to 18 holes and 6,501 yards five years later. The layout is quite playable from tee to green and presents most of its scoring difficulties right around the greens.
COBBLESTONE GOLF COURSE Perched on the banks of Lake Acworth, Cobblestone opened in 1993 and was fully renovated in 2010 with a newly expanded clubhouse. A new practice complex was added in 2021.
The Cobblestone course was designed by Ken Dye and is rated one of the “Top 100 Courses You Can Play” by GOLF Magazine.
WEST PINES GOLF CLUB Playing 6,800 yards from its championship tees, scenic West Pines golf course spreads across rolling hills and towering stands of pine trees, with bent grass greens, four sets of tees and a full practice range and putting green.
The close proximity of greens and tees minimizes time spent between holes and ensures a four-hour round even on the busiest of days.
CREEKSIDE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB Opened for play in April of 1999, with Bermuda fairways and smooth-rolling bentgrass greens.
Creekside’s two nines play off one another strategically, with a front side that requires patience and accuracy and a back nine that continually dares a player to take on risk in pursuit of birdies. Send me more information about Creekwood 55+ Community!
