A Master Plan Renovation
Rebuilt greens, reconstructed bunkers and laser-leveling of the teeing grounds were the primary tasks in the course renovation project, which itself is part of an $8.5 million Master Plan renovation.
The larger project encompasses major kitchen renovations at both the main clubhouse and the community’s popular Tiki Bar, plus a complete overhaul of the main dining room and lounge along with a new community library.

Racquet sports extend to the community center and its eight pickleball courts. The Racquet Pro Shop offers products for sale plus personalized services such as racquet re-stringing and lessons.
In addition to six satellite pools strategically located throughout the property, River Strand’s community center has a second resort-style pool with a heated spa.
At the center, members can get in shape at a satellite fitness facility. It’s also the gathering spot for games of bridge, Mah Jong, bingo and others, and for scheduled events on the social calendar.
