Sea Pines Resort Begins Construction of New $15M Clubhouse
in Building and Construction, NewsVirginia-based RiverStone Group has announced the start of construction of the new $15,000,000, 17,000-sf Resort Golf Clubhouse at the Golf Club at Sea Pines Resort. The new structure will reside on the site of the former Plantation Club.
The new clubhouse will serve the Ocean Course and the Pete Dye-designed Heron Point Course in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC.
