Dataw Island, SC: Recently hosted spring architects’ tour.
> Dataw Island, SC recently hosted the Historic Beaufort Foundation Spring Architects’ Tour, an annual cultural event in the region. The 2026 edition of the Spring Architects’ Tour showcased five distinctive homes located in Beaufort, St. Helena Island and Dataw Island.
Of those five, Dataw Island was honored to have three homeowners’ properties chosen the celebrated event.

Sea Trail Plantation, SC: Working with PORCH nonprofit.
> Sea Trail Plantation, Sunset Beach NC is asking residents to mark their calendars for Tue.-Wed., June 16-17, when the PORCH non–profit organization will conduct a community-wide food-donation campaign to aid families in need throughout Brunswick County.
PORCH personnel will coordinate with a volunteer group within Sea Trail to place containers on residents’ porches or at the end of their driveways to be filled with non-perishable, non-expired food items for later pickup. Campbell is a West Coast native who has lived in Bluffton since 2023 and put down roots along the fairways of Colleton River’s two renowned championship courses. > Sea Trail Plantation, Sunset Beach NC is asking residents to mark their calendars for Tue.-Wed., June 16-17, when the PORCH non–profit organization will conduct a community-wide food-donation campaign to aid families in need throughout Brunswick County.
PORCH personnel will coordinate with a volunteer group within Sea Trail to place containers on residents’ porches or at the end of their driveways to be filled with non-perishable, non-expired food items for later pickup.
