HR Properties, the No. 1 seller of real estate at Harbour Ridge in Palm City, FL, reports that it listed 15 of 21 properties sold at the community during the just completed 2011-2012 selling season.
HR Properties agents also sold 11 properties–more than all other real estate offices combined (Prudential, ReMax, Lang Realty and foreclosure properties and auctions).
Encouraging news for the community was that 19 of the 21 transactions brought new members to Harbour Ridge.
Selling prices ranged from $100 to $775,500 with eight sales under $100,000 and 16 sales at $210,00 or less. Many good buying opportunities remain.
