St. James Plantation, NC Enjoys 130% Increase in Home Sales, w/ 236 Properties Sold This Year

Best of all, sales are up more than 130% over 2011. The community posted $8,328,500 in sales during the first quarter (49 closings of homes and lots).
That pace sped up in the second quarter, with 112 closings for a total volume of $18,394,500ā94 percent higher than 2Q 2011.
