MetLife Acquires Reynolds Plantation, GA, Including Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Courses, Marina & Waterfront Property

The acquisition will include The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, all six golf courses, four marinas and 5,000 acres of undeveloped golf and waterfront property. The deal is set to close this summer.
MetLife is engaging Daniel Corporation to manage operations at Reynolds Plantation.

Indian River Colony Club, FL Holds Race for the Cure, Raises $1615 for Breast Cancer Research & Treatment

Some 50 members of the Woman’s Golf Association, the Ladies of Golf Association and their guests met to challenge the cure for breast cancer.
A total of $1615.00 was submitted to the Rally for The Cure and that will be sent back to the Central Florida Chapter located in Orlando for breast cancer research, mammograms and chemical treatment to those in need.

MetLife Enters into Agreement to Purchase Reynolds Plantation, Ga, and Its Six Golf Courses, Ritz-Carlton Lodge & Nearly 5,000 Acres
0 Comments/in Marketing, News, Vacation Resort CommunitiesMetLife has announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Reynolds Plantation, the renowned golf and waterfront community on Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA.
The acquisition will include the Ritz-Carlton Lodge, six championship golf courses, four full-service marinas, and nearly 5,000 acres of golf and waterfront property. The transaction is estimated to close during this summer, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms were not disclosed.
MetLife is engaging the Daniel Corporation to oversee all day-to-day operations at the master-planned community. The Daniel team with work with MetLifeās Atlanta Regional office, headed up by Regional Director Tom Coakley.
