Ford’s Colony, VA Yard Sale
Ford’s Colony, VA: Community hosts annual yard sale.
> Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg VA is inviting community residents and outside vendors to participate in the annual Ford’s Colony Yard Sale, scheduled for Sat., March 14 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Center.
This is a perennially popular event that brings together bargain–hunting residents and local vendors. A handout on the day of the Yard Sale will identifies who’s selling what and where they’re located. Send me more information about Ford’s Colony!

Anson Point Opens at Palmetto Bluff, SC
Palmetto Bluff, SC: Announces Anson Point opening.
> Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC has announced the opening of Anson Point, a new 18-hole course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. Named for Admiral George Anson, a famed British naval officer and explorer, the course occupies a 500–acre expanse, only 80 acres of which is use as fairways, greens, and bunkers.
The remainder of the land is to left undisturbed, with the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy managing surrounding acreage as well as certain native areas within the golf property.
