Model Railroad Show at Ford’s Colony, VA
Ford’s Colony, VA: Hosts model railroad event.
> Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg VA invites community residents and the general public to a unique weekend experience of top-quality model railroading and installation design. The dates are Dec. 6 and 7 and the location is the Williamsburg Regional Library.
The engineers of the Ford’s Colony Model Railroad Club is putting on its 20th Annual Model Railroad Show, with 8 operating layouts of various scales. Members will also be operating a large HO layout in the Norge Depot, adjacent to the Library. Hours are 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Bereavement Support Group at Osprey Cove, GA
Osprey Cove, GA: Hosts bereavement support group.
> Osprey Cove, St. Mary’s GA announced to its residents the founding of a new community organization, the Osprey Cove Bereavement Support Group. The bereavement support group has two facilitators, one of whom is BJ Spanos, a practitioner trained in grief support work.
The group meets one Monday each month at River Club, a main gathering space in Osprey Cove, to share in confidence their experiences navigating personal grief brought on by circumstances such as the loss of a loved one. Send me more information about Osprey Cove!
