Spring Fest at Sea Pines Resort, SC
Sea Pines Resort, SC: Spring Fest happening this month.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC is welcoming one and all to enjoy the upcoming Harbour Town Spring Fest, happening Sun., March 22. The resort community’s famed Harbour Town destination will be the scene of a daylong celebration beginning at 11 a.m. with a traditional Sidewalk Sale of artisan goods.
A display of classic automobiles by the Carolina Dreamers Car Club runs from noon to 4 p.m., along with live music by local favorite act, Deas-Guyz, performing a mix of Motown, R&B, pop, rock, reggae and dance beats;. There’s dining on the harbour all day and at 2:30 p.m. a special U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Demonstration. Send me more information about Sea Pines!

Hangar Expansion at Pecan Plantation, TX
Pecan Plantation, TX: Hangar expansion underway.
> Pecan Plantation, Granbury, TX recently announced that it would undertake a new private hangar expansion project, to be completed in 2026. This hangar expansion upgrade to the infrastructure of the community, which offers a fly-in residential section as well as golf and other amenities, is in response to significant new sales momentum in 2025 that’s continued into 2026.
The airpark section of the community is down to its final 30 taxiway–access homesites. Residences on these sites vary in size from 2,000 square feet and up, with accompanying hangars beginning at 40 by 40 feet. Send me more information about Pecan Plantation!
