With the acquisition, Arendale and its affiliates will control and manage all real estate development and sales functions, as well as club operations for The Cliffs Communities at Mountain Park, Valley, Keowee Springs, Keowee Falls, Keowee Vineyards, Walnut Cove, High Carolina and The Cliffs at Glassy which has been featured on the GCH Network for the past eight years.

Arendale Vice President Robert Wright noted in the announcement that 70 new homes are now under construction at Cliffs Communities and the Gary Player Championship Golf Course at Mountain Park is now completed.
