Fiddler’s Creek Begins Construction on Runaway Bay Homes

Fiddler’s Creek, Naples, FL reports that construction is nearing completion on the Laurel model home in the village of Runaway Bay.

Sited along the Creek Golf Course, Runaway Bay is a single-family neighborhood of 98 homesites.

Each residence within it will boast classical Mediterranean exteriors along with an extensive list of standard features.

Frederica, GA Enjoys Increased Home & Lot Sales in 2012

Frederica, St. Simon’s Island GA is reporting that real estate sales picked up significantly in 2012.

A total of 20 properties were closed on during the year. Eighteen of these were homesite sales and two were homes. Several lot purchasers have started construction and many others plan to begin construction in the next 1-3 years.

These new homes will greatly enhance the appeal of Frederica and further increase the sense of community. When the current new ownership acquired Frederica there were 13 completed homes.
