Top 10 Most Visited Communities February 2026
>> A Champ Returns. After a lengthy hiatus, Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club, Stuart FL, returns to the Top 10 in February at No. 2. Long a favorite of GCH visitors, the community features 36 holes, spa, racket sports, yacht club and more.
Four communities broke into the Most Visited ranks, and unsurprisingly, they are located in warm-weather states. The winter has been brutal–my Martha’s Vineyard home got hit with more than 25 inches of snow this week.
Warm-Weather Arizona Beckons
When the snow flies, thoughts turn to Arizona and Trilogy.
Arizona led the way with two communities back in the Top 10–Trilogy at Verde River and Desert Mountain in Scottsdale. Pecan Plantation, Granbury, TX, also made the leap, appearing in the Top 10 at No. 8.
WaterViewHome.net saw stability at the top, while two South Carolina communities–Woodside, Aiken, and Oldfield, Okatie, hit the Top 5 board at Nos. 4 and 5, respectively.
