The Top 10 varied geographically as well with nine states–from Massachusetts to Florida to Idaho–being represented. Trilogy at Verde River, located in Verde River, AZ, was the farthest west community.
The new trend continued on WaterViewHome.net with four of the Top 5 being new. Heritage Shores, Bridgeville, DE, claimed the top spot, while South Carolina featured two communities in Hilton Head Plantation and Hampton Lake.

> Traditions of Braselton, Jefferson, GA is partnering with the SheilaFest Foundation to host a charitable youth event, the annual SheilaFest 5k Run, which is scheduled for Sat., Nov. 8 and open to children ages 12 and under. The starting line is the community’s Owners Club House with a start time of 9 a.m.
Entry fee is $35 and all proceeds benefit to benefit the Sheila Fest Foundation in its ongoing support of iServe Ministries, Legacy Youth Mentoring and the Amped Kids Foundation.
