Quail Ridge, FL, jumped from No. 6 to the No. 1 spot amidst five new communities rising to the Top 10.
Arizona made a strong showing with two communities with Mirabel, Scottsdale, and Trilogy at Verde River, at Nos. 6 & 7, as did Georgia with Lake Arrowhead and Reynolds Lake Oconee.
Usually strong Florida was held to just one community while Martha’s Vineyard, MA, and Pecan Plantation, TX, held their Top 10 positions for another month.
On WaterViewHome.net, Hilton Head Plantation, SC, and Heritage Shores, DE, swapped the top two positions, while Moss Creek, Hilton Head Island, SC, and Osprey Cove, St. Marys, GA, made an auspicious return to the Most Visited quintet.
