> Shake-up at the Top – Four new communities took over the four lead spots on the Top 10 Visited Communities April 2026 list.
Geographically, they were spread out across the country from Tamarack Resort in Idaho to our newest community, Esplanade at Azario in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
What ties them all together is the luxury lifestyle and welcoming neighborhoods each community offers.
Two South Carolina, coastal communities broke into the Top 5 on Water View Home–Dataw Island and Colleton River. Both are private clubs that offer a blend of great golf and easy boating access to the Atlantic Ocean.
