> Top 10 Communities August 2025 – The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, FL, popped back up again in the top rankings as one of the most visited communities for both golf and water views this month, displacing Westlake Golf & CC, Jackson, NJ, which earned the No. 1 spot last month.
Two Martha’s Vineyard locations were new to the rankings in August–The Preserve at the Woodlands, Oak Bluffs, which has two lots and a luxury home for sale, and The Boathouse/Field Club in Edgartown which has a luxury home with pool available.
Reynolds Lake Oconee also produced a double win in August, hitting the No. 5 ranking on both the golf and water view lists.
New Community Alert: Look for Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, Idaho, a year-round, mountain golf, lake and ski destination to debut in September.
