Sales Hot at Harbour Ridge
Harbour Ridge, FL: Utilizing fresh air, outdoors to adapt.
> Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club presented by HR Properties, Stuart FL is reporting a high level of member satisfaction with its safety- and convenience-driven adjustments to community operations
In addition, a robust second quarter for real estate interest and activity has brought in new members. Since April 1, 26 homes and condominiums have either sold or gone under contract, at prices ranging from $110,000 up to to $2 million.
Food service for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be delivered to residents’ homes or picked up from an attendant at the club entrance.
In addition, there is a Personal Shopping Service in which a club employee will take shopping lists and deliver purchased groceries to the homeowner.
Harbour Ridge has also instituted an open–air fresh market where members can go with a personal shopper for produce and lunch meats that have been ordered from the club in advance. Send me more information about Harbour Ridge!
Piper’s Landing Meeting Challenges
Piper’s Landing, FL: Adjustments going well here too.
> Piper’s Landing Yacht and Country Club, Palm City FL has fared well under challenging circumstances brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, according to real estate broker Jim Forbes, who specializes in the community.
No owners have come down with the virus, and members have been able to play golf all during this period with one rider per golf cart.
Currently, tennis and pickleball are being played and boat owners are able to fully utilize the marina. Residents can take out or get food delivered from the clubhouse.
Lunches are available 6 days a week, dinners 3s nights/week. The dining room is tentatively set to open in September with social spacing.
Those who rent at Piper’s Landing may use the facilities after being tested for the virus and receive a clean report. Send me more information about Piper’s Landing!

Lake Arrowhead, GA: Event will have food, music, more.
> Lake Arrowhead, Waleska GA has a celebratory late-summer event planned for the evening of Sat., Aug. 22. Residents and guests are invited to an evening of food, music and fireworks with the friends and neighbors.
Barbecue suppers will be available at the Clubhouse for takeout, and the evening’s concert will begin outside of the Clubhouse at 6 pm followed by fireworks.
