> Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC and the food bank Second Helpings will be co-hosting the community’s annual Flow Fest celebration of the arts on Sun. Oct. 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. on the Boathouse Lawn in Wilson Village.
Open to all, the event features food trucks, art for children, wine and spirits, live music and a variety of artisan vendors presenting their wares in a workshop / gallery setting. > Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC has a Halloween season event with an educational twist coming up on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 7:30 to 8;30 p.m. It’s called Night at the Preserve: Full Moon Wagon Ride and it’s timed to coincide with the October full moon, known as the Hunter’s Moon.
