Holiday Craft Fair at Ford’s Colony, VA
Ford’s Colony, VA: Hosts holiday craft fair this weekend.
> Ford’s Colony, Williamsburg VA continues its autumn activities calendar with a Holiday Craft Fair happening Sat., Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the S&T Club multi-purpose room.
Organized by the community’s Craft Club, the event will be a showcase for premier examples of a variety of handmade items.
A few of the vendors will be doing live demonstrations of the techniques involved in their craftwork.

Sea Pines Resort, SC: Restoring Harbour Town Golf Links.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC announced plans for complete restoration of its premier golf amenity, Harbour Town Golf Links. In early May of next year the famed course, home since 1969 to the PGA Tour’s RBC Heritage Classic, will close for six months as the Davis Love III architectural group conducts restoration work.
