Renovations at Osprey Cove, GA
Osprey Cove, GA: Announces plans for gate construction.
> Osprey Cove, St. Mary’s GA announced that its Infrastructure Committee is moving forward with a major reconstruction of the West Gate Entrance, originally built over 30 years ago. The project addresses longstanding issues caused by poor sub-base materials and drainage.
Final bids are due at the end of July, with construction slated to begin in August. Work includes removing and recycling existing pavers, excavating up to three feet of unstable fill, and rebuilding with proper base material and drainage.
Though some disruption is expected, the result will be a stable, long-term solution for one of the community’s most traveled areas. Updates will be shared via email and text. Send me more information about Osprey Cove!
Continuing Education at Creekwood, GA
Creekwood, GA: Offers CE opportunity this month.
Creekwood, GA will host an exclusive “agent only” and broker-approved Continuing Education event on Tuesday, July 29th. The class will be taught by Eric Keese.
