Palmetto Bluff, SC: Amenity updates continue.
> Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC recently put out progress reports on two important community amenities. Crews working on a new Nine Hole Golf Course have nearly completed the irrigation and drainage systems and are set to begin sodding the course with Northbridge bermuda grass.
Palmetto Bluff’s under-construction Anson Marina is through its first phase, consisting of 50 boatslips and a Harbormaster office. In addition, approval has been granted by the town of Bluffton for dry stack boat storage. Send me more information about Palmetto Bluff!

Sea Pines Resort, SC: Welcomes new executive chef.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC has announced the promotion of Ben Harris to the position of Resort Executive Chef. Harris, who joined The Sea Pines Resort culinary team in March 2018, will oversee all resort restaurants including Quarterdeck, Links, an American Grill, Coast, Ocean Lounge, Fraser’s Tavern and Harbourside.
Since arriving at Sea Pines, Harris has built strong relationships with the Lowcountry’s finest purveyors and fishermen and works closely with the Sea Pines community’s Heritage Farm to showcase the herbs and greens grown there on menus throughout the resort.
