> WindRiver, Lenoir City TN will host a “Nine, Dine & Wine Golf Social” this Sunday, July 8, with a shotgun start at 3 p.m. at the Golf Club at WindRiver, followed by a reception at the community’s on-property Citico’s restaurant.
The event is designed to appeal to those who play very little golf or lots of golf—even the non-golfer is invited and encouraged to attend. Enjoy nine holes of golf followed by a delicious buffet dinner with a cash bar from Citico’s. Cost is $40 for the public, $25 for social members and $15 for full golf members. Residents will dress up their homes, businesses, bikes and cars with patriotic colors and gather for the Annual Community Patriotic Parade followed by concerts and fireworks on Tue., July 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Smythe Park.
