In addition there’s a 45,000 SF waterfront clubhouse with three dining rooms, 2-mile riverfront walking path, biking, yacht club, and marina with direct ocean access and boat slips available for your boat for an additional fee.
One-Month Minimum Stay
Start sunny days in the breakfast nook.
The minimal rental time required by the club is one month. This home is rented from February 16 to March 31. However, it is available to rent either before or after those dates for $8,500 per month. (Rental time need not be a calendar month.)
Additional fees include club application fee ($600), Exit Cleaning Fee ($350) and security deposit ($3,000). There is also a credit/background check.
Tenants are obligated to pay state and county sales tax of 12% on leases less than six months. Additional golf greens fees will apply on a per day/play basis or you can purchase a month’s discounted amount for unlimited play.

In addition there’s a 45,000 SF waterfront clubhouse with three dining rooms, 2-mile riverfront walking path, biking, yacht club, and marina with direct ocean access and boat slips available for your boat for an additional fee.
One-Month Minimum Stay

The minimal rental time required by the club is one month. This home is rented from February 16 to March 31. However, it is available to rent either before or after those dates for $8,500 per month. (Rental time need not be a calendar month.)
Additional fees include club application fee ($600), Exit Cleaning Fee ($350) and security deposit ($3,000). There is also a credit/background check.
Tenants are obligated to pay state and county sales tax of 12% on leases less than six months. Additional golf greens fees will apply on a per day/play basis or you can purchase a month’s discounted amount for unlimited play.
