Golden Ocala, FL: New treats coming soon.
> Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club, Ocala FL and its World Equestrian Center Ocala just hired Yohann Le Bescond to serve as Executive Pastry Chef.
In this role, Le Bescond will contribute to the design of the new hotel’s pastry kitchen and oversee the creation of dessert menus at all five restaurants on the property as well as Emma’s Patisserie, the specialty pastry boutique inside the hotel.
Along with creative execution, Le Bescond will hire, train and manage all bakers and pastry chefs at the five locations on the World Equestrian Center Ocala property.

> Colleton River Club, Bluffton SC and its resident Art Committee has a scheduled quarterly update of its “Art Wall” in the club’s Nicklaus Clubhouse. This is an ongoing program in which members of the activity group display their selected works. The Colleton River Art Program was launched several years ago with a series of organized workshops teaching various mediums and techniques.
