Indian River Helps With Food, Shopping

> Indian River Colony Club, Melbourne-Viera FL is continuing to prove the maxim that nobody does logistics better than the military. The 55-plus neighborhood of predominantly retired military personnel has spend the past month preparing and boxing up between 170 and 200 takeout meals daily.
The community has also been fulfilling supermarket orders off a preset grocery menu, allowing residents to avoid grocery store shopping during the shelter-at-home state order.

> Lakewood National, Bradenton FL continues its innovative new activity series, the “Keep Calm & Carry On” Virtual Community Meditation, Thursday nights from 7 to 7:45 p.m., via Zoom or the Lakewood Ranch Facebook live stream.
This meditation series is a collaboration between the community and the Brain Health Initiative, featuring its meditation expert, Trish Hart of Hart Mind Body Solutions.
For those not able to participate live, the full meditation session will be posted for download at any time. Formed in 2018 and headquartered at Lakewood Ranch, the BHI features collaborative leadership from the Academy for Brain Health and Performance and Massachusetts General Hospital.
