The scope of the project includes a total renovation and expansion of the kitchen and casual member dining areas. In addition, the interior will receive a refresh to include all new furniture and fixtures.

Palmetto Bluff, SC: New course in the works.
> Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton SC announced plans to build a major new amenity for residents and their guests, a “reversible” nine-hole golf course. On a level 50–acre site alongside the communty’s inland waterway, the design firm of King & Collins will lay out a 3,100-acre course that can be played clockwise or counter-clockwise.
