Woodside Tournament Benefits Cancer Patients
Woodside, SC: Tournament benefits nonprofit organization.
> Woodside, Aiken SC has completed another successful edition of its annual Colors of Hope golf tournament, organized by the Reserve Club Women’s Golf Associations, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Aiken and surrounding counties.
This year the tournament raised $18,575 for this worthy cause. The event included lunch and a raffle where many local businesses provided items to be bid on, generating proceeds of almost $6,000. Send me more information about Woodside!

New Agronomy Director at Desert Mountain
Desert Mountain, AZ: Appoints new director of agronomy.

Bohn arrives at Desert Mountain from the famed Big Cedar Lodge where he served as Director of Agronomy and oversaw conditioning of five premier golf courses, three of which he also managed during construction. Osprey Cove, GA: Celebrates Independence Day.
> Osprey Cove, St. Mary’s GA once again welcomes the Kiwanis Annual Independence Day Festival celebration, a local tradition which this year will be celebrated on Sat., July 3. The yearly gathering offers hometown charm plus a parade and fireworks over the St. Marys River. Other activities include a 5K Run, arts-and-crafts vendors, plus entertainment throughout the day.
