Spring Fest at Sea Pines Resort, SC
Sea Pines Resort, SC: Spring Fest happening this month.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC is welcoming one and all to enjoy the upcoming Harbour Town Spring Fest, happening Sun., March 22. The resort community’s famed Harbour Town destination will be the scene of a daylong celebration beginning at 11 a.m. with a traditional Sidewalk Sale of artisan goods.
A display of classic automobiles by the Carolina Dreamers Car Club runs from noon to 4 p.m., along with live music by local favorite act, Deas-Guyz, performing a mix of Motown, R&B, pop, rock, reggae and dance beats.
There’s also dining on the harbor all day, and at 2:30 p.m. there will be a special U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Demonstration. Send me more information about Sea Pines!

Hangar Expansion at Pecan Plantation, TX
Pecan Plantation, TX: Hangar expansion underway.
> Pecan Plantation, Granbury, TX recently announced that it would undertake a new private hangar expansion project, to be completed in 2026.
This hangar expansion upgrade to the infrastructure of the community, which offers a fly-in residential section as well as golf and other amenities, is in response to significant new sales momentum in 2025 that’s continued into 2026.
The airpark section of the community is down to its final 30 taxiway–access homesites. Residences on these sites vary in size from 2,000 square feet and up, with accompanying hangars beginning at 40 by 40 feet. Send me more information about Pecan Plantation!

Top 10 Most Visited Communities March 2026
in Editorial Features, Retirement Living, Top 10 Most Visited Communities, Water View Communities> Warming Up. Winter, especially in the hard-hit Midwest and Northeast, began to loosen her grip a bit in March, but Golf Course Home visitors still directed their eyes southward.
Indeed, communities in six different states made the Top 10 Most Visited Communities March 2026 list–and all with locations from North Carolina to farther south and southwest.
Two communities new to the First 10, Riverton Pointe and Hampton Lake are in South Carolina.
Ocean Ridge Plantation, NC, and Mirabel, AZ, broke into the Top 10 as well.

Indian River CC, FL Celebrates 40th Anniversary
Indian River CC, FL: Hosted 40th anniversary celebration.
> Indian River Colony Club, Melbourne-Viera FL recently marked its milestone 40th anniversary with a series of events to honor its legacy as “The Place Patriots Call Home.”
The 40th anniversary festivities kicked off with a commemorative walk and a golf tournament, followed by a community history exhibit, a showcase of local talent and an elegant cocktail reception.
Members also enjoyed a nostalgic “Party Like It’s 1986” celebration to honor the community’s founding year.
The multi-day 40th anniversary tribute reached its finale with a visit from the Brevard County Sheriff Office’s Mounted Posse on horseback, and the extravagant “Red White and Blue Ball,” a black-tie gala where the community gathered to toast four decades of camaraderie. Spring Fest at Sea Pines Resort, SC
Sea Pines Resort, SC: Spring Fest happening this month.
> Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island SC is welcoming one and all to enjoy the upcoming Harbour Town Spring Fest, happening Sun., March 22. The resort community’s famed Harbour Town destination will be the scene of a daylong celebration beginning at 11 a.m. with a traditional Sidewalk Sale of artisan goods.
A display of classic automobiles by the Carolina Dreamers Car Club runs from noon to 4 p.m., along with live music by local favorite act, Deas-Guyz, performing a mix of Motown, R&B, pop, rock, reggae and dance beats.
There’s also dining on the harbor all day, and at 2:30 p.m. there will be a special U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Demonstration. Send me more information about Sea Pines!

Pecan Plantation, TX: Hangar expansion underway.
> Pecan Plantation, Granbury, TX recently announced that it would undertake a new private hangar expansion project, to be completed in 2026.
This hangar expansion upgrade to the infrastructure of the community, which offers a fly-in residential section as well as golf and other amenities, is in response to significant new sales momentum in 2025 that’s continued into 2026.
